AB: Rich, structural appearance full of character, contrasting colour variations are a valued feature, seasoning shakes, pith ray and resin pockets possible, the ageing process affects the entire depth of the top layer. It will not fade away like a surface stain. Sound knots and black knots possible, small knotholes are professionally fi lled with natural knot plugs, small filled knots, jointfree gluing.
Backing Standard: Spruce aged: closed jointing, professionally filled with natural knot plugs, no blue-stain.
